Client Advisor – Full-time

Moncler is looking for exceptional Full- Time Client Advisor for our Outlet in Trebaseleghe. The Client Advisor, with impeccable presentation and natural elegance, will guide each single client across the brand’s values and heritage, gaining a strong understanding of the client and their needs, by building a profitable, long-lasting relationship. The Client Advisor, in partnership with the team, is responsible for reaching individual results and contributing also to the team targets. RESPONSIBILITIES: Engage with clients in accordance with the Moncler selling ceremony Achieves and exceeds sales goals and key retail KPIs (UPT, Data capture, Repurchase Rata, etc.) Develops and foster long-lasting client relationship through engaging conversation and active clientele management Drive business and sale goals by proactively reaching out to existing clients and developing new clients Maintain company merchandise presentation standards Develop and maintain product knowledge Support in inventory preparation and execution Works with the team effectively and enthusiastically, conveying energy and motivation, whilst being a reliable partner QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in luxury retail Passion about Retail, Client service and commercial mindset Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity Strong communication skills Digitally aware and open to new ways of working J-18808-Ljbffr
