EOE/Disability/Veteran Position Responsibilities: As a Sr. Data Analyst, you will help to identify & resolve issues that affect customer experience, product & process throughput & quality within the data platform and data products. An ideal candidate is skilled at data analytics, reporting, and data processing concepts and is naturally motivated to seek out and fix problems in a methodical way. In this position, you will: Analyze the data requirements: identify the correct data source, write queries, profile, and validate data and own the data mapping from source to target. Define and maintain metrics for cross-functional teams to use in assessing performance & quality. Set up and manage usage, reliability, and business metrics for our data products and data platform. Automate repetitive personal tasks through Python and SQL Write clean and tested code that can be maintained and extended by other analysts. Maintain documentation and support your aligned business units & their core applications. Ensure safe and secure data handling by partnering with key data protection, privacy, and information security leaders. Guide business leaders with confidence in your analytics and reporting to ensure smooth execution during changing requirements and uncertainty. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related 3 years’ experience in SQL, Python; Can write SQL queries (e.g. Microsoft SQL, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL etc.) 3 years’ experience in relational database concepts with a solid knowledge of SQL, SQL Tuning, Big Data technologies Demonstrated ability to provide insights and draw conclusions from dense datasets. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software. Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment. 3 years of business analytics or data management experience.
