HSE Training Coordinator

Formal Education: Engineer (master’s degree), specific qualification in O&G Safety is a plus. Professional experience: 5 year experience in Oil and Gas HSE field. HSE working experience in Tempa Rossa is a plus. Good knowledge in HSE matters and Italian legislation. Evidence of annual hours of training sessions hold as trainer will be appreciated. Good experience in conducting audits and investigations. Language: good knowledge of Italian language (basic French language is appreciated). Proactive, accountable and good team worker. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Very good written and oral communication. To review & update from HSEQ side, training matrix & procedures in compliance with Italian laws & Group rules requirements, in coordination with Asset Direction and Affiliate training manager. Conducts both theoretical and practical training sessions, when requested on sites, offices in presence or remote. Communicate HSE general and specific training requirements to Company and Contractors’ personnel. Develop specific training programs and their execution plans to cover all concerned population to ensure compliance with the HSE training Matrix requirements, monitoring the progress and highlighting any possible delay, proposing adequate recovery plan. Develop & maintain employee training records & certification, updating all mandatory registers. Organize or participate actively to training sessions booking, scheduling and execution, internally or via external providers. Lead for HSE Direction, training modules and material preparation/update, covering mainly major risks and Seveso mandatory training. Update all KPI’s and registers related to training progress for all personnel liaising also with external contractors in order to guarantee correct participation to scheduled training sessions. Guarantee for all resources within HSE Direction, annual training development plan supporting each resource for identification, request for approval of training courses, from Lizzy catalogue or external. Support RSES/RSESd (Oil Centre, LPG Centre…), FOPS or D&W for HSE periodical site meeting or training sessions related to Golden rules or awareness campaign identified by CODIR. Support HSE Methods & Integrity for Safety Management System as per Seveso Law, continuous improvement process, procedures and all needed documentation update. Support HSE Direction and IMS coordinator for all actions related to training and drill for Emergency Response Management. Support HSE Methods & Integrity for REX management, in order to guarantee that Safety Alerts, Safety feedback notices and main recommendations from TotalEnergies HQ are assessed and transferred to operating areas in Tempa Rossa. Conducts periodic HSE training audits of both in-house and third-party training programs as part of the continual improvement process as required. Develop and update all HSE inductions, included Seveso inductions, H2S/SO2, in cooperation with HSE authorities on sites.
