In a nutshell In this critical role, you will drive collaboration with local project managers, process owners, and process analysts to ensure the successful execution of projects throughout their lifecycle. Your primary responsibility will be to lead global installations of automation systems, overseeing mechanical and electrical aspects, as well as commissioning. What you will be doing Manage end-to-end installation processes, with a focus on the USA/CAN/LATAM markets up to SAT Develop commissioning plans, align resources, and budget for automation projects Install laser-integrated automation systems Collaborate daily with local Project Managers Streamline handover procedures, acceptance tests, and work processes Ensure seamless communication with the Technical Dept. for engineering deliverables Drive commissioning requirements in procurement POs Foster clear communication with the project management team Lead dynamic daily and weekly progress reviews. Your education & experience Minimum three years of experience in project management, order management, quality control, and regulatory/customs compliance Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Knowledge of accounting is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics Experience with invoicing, general office tasks, and data entry. What you need to succeed Strong emphasis on exceptional communication and coordination skills Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management abilities Mandatory proficiency in English.
