The Online Flagship Division are now seeking a talented E-Commerce Specialist Intern to join the team. Some of the essentials for you to know are: Location: our offices in Zola Predosa (Bologna) or Milan. Department Size: 15/17 (Approx.) Reporting into: Head of Client Management Online Flagship Stores Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing: Managing day by day activities in order to ensure the proper working and updating of the website, taking into account the commercial strategies; Supporting the planning activities related to the catalogue, shooting and logistics; Supporting in coordination and management of technical activities and requirements definition; Being the contact person appointed to interface with the Technology and Sales teams for release/setup projects in order to maximize Group effort and delivery to the Partner; Coordination with support areas such as Customer Care; Support and coordination with Operations to ensure proper product deliveries; Supporting the relationship management with Brand Partners. The type of person we are looking for: University degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Marketing or related fields with outstanding performance; Ability to communicate effectively with other colleagues from the Core Business and from Technology; Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel; Fluency in English is mandatory; Good knowledge of Power Point; Proactive attitude and work ethics; Passion for e-commerce and marked inclination for Internet and its communication channels.
