Purpose of Position: Take care of the growing workforce and manage the change, with special focus on the EMEA region, reporting to the CHRO. Lead an international and passionate team, managing all aspects related to recruitment, onboarding, employer branding, people training and development. Match all the targets related to the hiring process and manage special projects for talents. Position is based in Gallarate (VA) – Italy. Description of main Activities /responsibilities: Search and Selection: process and budget management, analysis of applications and management of sources and suppliers, analysis of market benchmarks by position. Onboarding: manage the induction process from the identified candidate to the first period in the company, passing through the submission of the job offer and the set-up of the employment contract. Management of Job Descriptions (positions and responsibilities): creation, integration and continuous updating. Mapping and analysis of skills and continuous updating. People Evaluation System: management, analysis to support actions and continuous improvement. Education and Training: definition of needs, planning of actions, identification and management of funding sources, management and monitoring. Personnel development: analysis and contribution to the definition of action plans, management of development plans and related projects. Support in the definition of corporate policies, procedures and management of cascading internal communication plans. Support any special project of change. Internal communication: support for process management and content creation. Integration: constant alignment with the HR functions and with the contacts (Line Managers) present in the Group Regions. Employer Branding Strategy: contribution to the definition of the plans in line with the corporate strategy. Coordinate a team across EMEA region.
