We are currently looking for a: PRINCIPAL – EXECUTIVE SEARCH Your role: Take responsibility for the development of selected practice(s) Develop a network of business contacts among C-level professionals Bring in new thinking around the industry market trends, debate the role design, take advisory stance, drive clarity, through the engagement of different stakeholders Identify new business opportunities, win new clients and tenders (providing presentations, negotiating terms & conditions) Manage the recruitment processes from interview to offer management Represent the brand and the group at conferences and other events The successful applicant has: 7 years of either business experience or recruitment / executive search one or a mix of both Demonstrate a proactive approach, ability to be a business partner for both entrepreneurs and corporations, SME and multinational companies Experienced in managing multiple and complex advisory projects in a fast-paced environment Exceptional in Inspiring People and a deep customer service attitude Outstanding communication and time management skills Fluency in English (both verbal and written) J-18808-Ljbffr
