Find your future with us Boeing Supplier Quality Structures is looking for a Supplier Quality Representative to oversee Major Structures Supplier’s sub-tier quality management. The Representative’s activity will be driven at Boeing suppliers located in Foggia, Pomigliano and Grottaglie, Italy. The Representative will report to the Italy Structure Supplier Quality manager and will be part of the Supplier Quality team. Position Responsibilities: Assists with audits and assessments of supplier’s systems, processes and products Documents audit and assessment results Inspects or verifies complex products for compliance Monitors supplier quality related activities and reports issues Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) : Adjusts effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, and/or cultures Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective action of non-conformances to reduce scrap, minimize rework, reduce cost and improve quality to meet all requirements Ability to read, understand and interpret engineering technical information (e.g. drawings, handbooks, industry standards and specifications) Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Maintains effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment Knowledge of assembly and production processes, manufacturing capabilities (e.g., composites, structures) Typical Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or an Engineer’s Degree in a related field and typically a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience. Relocation: This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense. Important Information: This requisition is for a locally hired position in Italy. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work immediately in Italy. Additional Information: This is a hybrid position and the selected candidate will mainly work at Boeing supplier facility, the position may require frequent travel, including possible extended stays at location mainly in Italy but further afield if the requirement emerges.
