As part of the Optics Supply Chain Engineering Organization, the Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM) will be located in Nurnberg, Germany and will be part of an international team with people located in Italy, Germany, USA and China. You will work in close relationship with R&D, Quality, Product Line managers located in different countries supporting manufacturing of Optical Products in external factories (EMS). What you will learn and contribute to A re you passionate about solving problems? As part of our team, you will: Take responsibility of complex projects as Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM) Act as first point of contact for all kinds of product or performance issues and manage their resolution Manage products through their entire Product Life Cycle Create concepts and plans to set up or optimize product supply chains Understand, implement and follow corporate processes, tools and strategies wrt Industrial/Supply Chain Engineering Work in cross-functional, cross-locational teams Your skills and experience You have: Bachelor or Master Degree in Telecommunication or Electronics Engineering Advanced understanding of electronic and optical manufacturing process with a general understanding of electronic and optical test process Basic knowledge of electronical, optical and mechanical components as well as Telecommunication systems and technologies 5 years of previous experience in Industrial (Supply Chain) Engineering and/or Product Manufactory Experienced in Project Management/Supply Chain (Program) Management Good understanding of Quality Management Systems (ISO9000) and very complex (multi-level) product structures Self-driven and analytical professional capable of working in an international business environment Ability to work independently.
