Create and Manage Events : Create, schedule and manage both onsite and offsite events Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on various social media platforms and websites to build and maintain positive relationships with our audience. Social Media Scheduling: Schedule and publish posts on different platforms using social media management tools. Campaign Support: Aid in the execution and coordination of marketing and social media campaigns, including creating content and tracking performance. Maintaining constant customer contact with CRM, internal and Eventbrite customer databases Maintain stock levels and the look of Naples Motorsports branded merchandise Perform other tasks as needed. Qualifications – Social Media & Events Coordinator : Social Media Enthusiast: Demonstrated passion for and knowledge of multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tic Tok, LinkedIn, YouTube and more. Corporate event creation and management experience An “Automotive Enthusiast” having a passion for cars, exotics, and everything automotive Excellent Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with our audience Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in content creation, scheduling, and reporting. Excellence MUST be your goal in every undertaking. Time Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of social media management and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
