We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to be part of the HR Department. The figure will be in charge of processing all aspects of payroll with a focus on the Italian company. Main Activities And Responsibilities Manage time and attendance system and interconnections with payroll Maintain relationships with external payroll provider and consultants Check payslips processed by external payroll provider Carry out all the administrative activities: hirings, terminations, transformations, sick leave, maternity leave, accidents, resignations, etc., in compliance with company laws and regulations Ensure full compliance with national labour law and regulations Ensure the correct application of the relevant Italian laws and regulations Manage annual and periodic obligations concerning the management of employment relationship (CU – 770 Model – INAIL Self-assessment – F24) from hiring to terminations Process online communications with employment centres and social security institutions Prepare payroll reports Assist colleagues with questions about compensation, benefits, taxes, social contributions and insurance deductions. Requirements Economics/administration degree or high school diploma At least 2 years of previous experience in payroll/HR administration Excellent knowledge of MS Office package (especially MS Excel) Knowledge and previous experience with Zucchetti will be considered a plus Good English level, both written and spoken Precision and reliability, time management, attention, flexibility and predisposition for teamworking will be also evaluates as a plus.
