Overview The Unique Opportunity: Due to continuing company success and expansion plans, the European Mobility Practice (Automotive) is seeking to appoint an Consultant Analyst in Italy . The Mobility division of Frost & Sullivan (www.frost.com/mobility.com) is one of the organisation’s largest and fastest-growing Practice Areas. The Frost & Sullivan Mobility practice provides global market intelligence to execute key growth opportunities and tailor-made advisory services within the automotive and transportation industry. The successful candidate will have a passion for the automotive sector serving clients amongst the world’s leading manufacturers of vehicles and components and the suppliers of these manufacturers. Frost & Sullivan partners with some of these leading industry players by providing them with key strategic information helping them identify new strategic growth opportunities and grow their businesses. As part of your job, you will be expected to support the delivery of strategic growth advisory projects for major clients in the automotive and transportation sectors. The successful candidate will take responsibility for conducting industry-specific research and delivering industry-focused intellectual property whilst supporting bespoke consulting/research projects. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: To research and author strategic insights, identify growth opportunities and develop market strategies for clients in the automotive (mobility) industry. Develop presentations based upon focused research whilst interpreting/analysing critical data and presenting accurate results at a senior level. To provide global technology and market trends-related analysis, custom consulting, and growth strategy advisory based on market research and forecasts. To interpret research data and findings to prepare a succinct report/presentation appropriate for C-suite meetings. To support Partners/Business Unit leaders with material for such interactions. Qualifications Essential: A degree level education or equivalent in Engineering or Business Management, preferably Mechanical, Automotive, Computer Science, Electronics A postgraduate qualification is an advantage (e.g. MBA or a Master’s/PhD in a relevant technical subject). 1 to 2 years of experience within an advisory or market research services business environment. Thorough understanding of research methodologies and/or strategic marketing. Fluency in written and spoken English and Italian languages is a must . Demonstrated interest and experience in various domains within the automotive sector. The ability to work autonomously and effectively in a team environment. Advisory thinking, focus on delivering the story, not just the data. Strong analytical skills with a sound understanding of and passion for research and consulting Organized, outgoing, and capable of delivering tangible results in a fast-paced and creative environment. Attentive to details and showing strategic insights in the delivery of research findings. Excellent MS Office skills.
