We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled B2B Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have minimum 8 years experience in developing and executing “Full Funnel” B2B marketing strategies, focused on strengthening the sales pipeline and on the creation of qualified new opportunities. Read below to discover if you have what it takes to be the next valuable addition to our team: You show: Proven experience leading performance marketing, preferably in multi-sided business (b2b and b2c) Experience in marketing cross-field (SEM, SEO social media, display advertising, affiliate marketing, brand management, etc.) Proven track record of delivering strong business results through paid marketing efforts Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform marketing decisions and drive optimisation Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with other departments and stakeholders Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex marketing plans “Ownership”mindset, high motivation, goal orientation and target driven approach Fluency in Italian and English, Spanish is a plus Ability to set priorities and managing multiple tasks in a fast paced environment; Expertise matured in scale-up, digitech companies and ability to support a fast business growth As a B2B Senior Marketing Manager you will: Generate awareness on B2B prospects & create a buying intent Define and execute a bold B2B marketing strategy and content plan to differentiate our brand consistently with our positioning and support business growth Design and develop the whole B2B marketing plan ensuring accurate, effective and timely execution across different channels Coordinate a team of marketing specialists to execute the marketing strategy, monitoring and optimize results (B2B marketing specialists will have a double report to to the B2B Senior Marketing Manager and to the Channel marketing Managers, i.e. Organic marketing manager, Communication manager, etc.) Creating engagement, educate & nurture the B2B target audience (HR team, Marketing manager, etc.), influencing their decision-making process Sourcing ABM programs with the engaged accounts Working constantly with the sales community to leverage on their business insights and approach to continuously improve marketing activities Monitor and analyze B2B marketing performances, report on KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes and support the goals of the B2B business unit (above all increase conversion rates and reduce sales cycles) Benefit: 100% flexibility & full smart working.
