We are seeking a Strategy Associate to collaborate closely with our COO and contribute to our continued growth and success. Read below to discover if you have what it takes to be the next valuable addition to our team: You show Problem-solving acumen with an analytical mindset; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral), and demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and stakeholders; Experience in understanding management and business requirements and translating them into reports; Ability to proactively spot inefficiencies, understand root causes and propose data driven actions; Ability to drive KPI management, and to come up with data insights based on KPI observation; Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work well under the pressure of deadlines.
