R e s p o n s i b i l i t i e s Peraton is seeking an experienced Cyber All-Source Intelligence Analyst for an on-site role in Stuttgart, Germany. Location: This position is an OCONUS assignment in Vicenza, Italy In this role, you will: Conduct all-source analytic production and Cyber All-Source Intelligence Analyst planning on socio/cultural, political and security-related issues including, but not limited to: Foreign security and political leadership intentions and decision-making. Foreign security policies and vulnerabilities. Foreign civil society organizations and audiences, and geo-political relations with the U.S. and other countries. Conduct data analysis and report production on foreign political and security-related issues including, but not limited to: Regional strategy, operations, leadership intentions and decision-making. Foreign security policies and vulnerabilities. Foreign civil society organizations, citizen views and opinions, and key audiences, and geo-political relations with the U.S. and other countries. Actively monitor existing events, regional political and security issues and produce strategic assessments and open-source analytical products to meet requirements as designated by the Government client. Will provide strategic level products on foreign security and related political issues including, but not limited to: Assessing tactical and strategic trends regarding cyber incident response activities to enable collective defense against emerging and urgent cyber and physical threats. Analyze open-source intelligence reporting and publicly available information to identify trends, tactics, and techniques within the cyber threat environment to enable cyber defense across the AOO. Research, analyze, and conduct technical analysis of activities, events, reporting involving the critical infrastructure and communications. Monitor and assess strategic competitor activities and provide input to campaign planning and targeting. Provide political and cultural awareness and insight as directed. Outline and analyze adversary and other select target country decision-making processes. Citizens’ opinions. Monitor defense and security policies along with defense relations with the U.S. and other countries. Duties and Responsibilities : Demonstrate ability to work semi-independently with oversight and direction. Demonstrate ability to use logic when evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information. Demonstrate understanding of interpreting analysis to include but not limited to, its meaning, importance, and implications Demonstrate ability to defend analytic judgements with sound, logical conclusions and adapt analytic judgments when presented with new information, evolving conditions, or unexpected developments. Demonstrate ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports, documents, assessments, planning, and briefing materials in formats including Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel Word, PowerPoint, etc.), electronic / soft copy matrices and/ or web-enabled formats. Demonstrate ability to communicate complex issues clearly in a concise and organized manner both verbally and non-verbally, with strong grammar skills. Demonstrates proficiency using Microsoft Office tools. Demonstrate ability to develop structured desktop research including, but not limited to, obtaining, evaluating, organizing, and maintaining information, within security and data protocols, to be used in campaign planning. Demonstrate ability to recognize nuances and resolve contradiction and inconsistencies in information. Demonstrate understanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations, to include but not limited to, technical sensors/ platform and human intelligence sources. Demonstrate understanding of evaluating collected open-source intelligence reporting and data, engaging with collection managers, and developing collection requirements. Demonstrate ability to plan and execute campaigns designed to shape and influence opinion. Using the insights of qualitative and quantitative opinion research you will help craft influence strategies to shape information environments, decision makers, and audiences. Experience in running complex campaigns involving multidisciplinary teams preferred. Q u a l i f i c a t i o n s Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an area related to Intelligence Analysis from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of Africa’s/Europe’s political, media or business landscape. A minimum of 4 years of experience conducting analysis and planning relevant to Foreign Affairs/Strategic Planning with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. Experience of working in a large enterprise and/or military organization. Specialist expertise in a major policy area or sector of the government/politics, economy, media, or other sectors related to influence and opinion. Digital and social media expertise. Strong working knowledge of research, analysis, and planning. Demonstrated ability to clearly define classified written intelligence products, tailored and shared specifically to our Combatant Command and FVEY partners. An active DoD Secret security clearance. Preferred Qualifications/Experience: Master’s degree in Intelligence Analysis. DoD TS/SCI Clearance. Intelligence Analysis, Writing Production, and Briefing experience. Counterterrorism/Middle Eastern Affairs, Global, and National Security. OPIAS $86,000 – $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
