The Core Of This Role Develop fresh creative strategies that translate complex ideas into compelling digital materials and experiences for visually sophisticated audiences. Be an integral part of a cross-functional team of highly creative thinkers and doers (graphic designers, copywriters, videographers, web developers, in a wide variety of innovative campaigns, with the freedom to influence corporate communications and the ability to create elegant, trend-setting designs every day. Collaborate with agency key accounts and manage projects to successfully execute work within deadlines and briefs. Align priorities with the Chief Communication Officer and executives of affiliated companies in Europe, the U.S. and China. Provide feedback to team members with sensitivity and honesty, helping them to grow and develop their skills. Experience you will need: · 5 years’ experience as a Senior Art Director in an up-to-the-minute marketing/communication agency, from developing vision and strategy to overseeing project management on time and budget. · Experience leading a small team of designers and providing professional support and development for junior and senior designers · A convincing portfolio demonstrating your passion for elegance and disruption · The confidence to try new things, and a passion for big ideas and storytelling · The ability to work collaboratively in a testing environment · Diligence in meeting deadlines, streamlining and improving team processes J-18808-Ljbffr
