Job Description Within the functional perimeter of the Group Chief Operating Officer area, the ICT Regulation & Process Analyst , acting also as ICT Project Management , has the responsibility of monitoring regulatory changes impactful for ICT processes, analyzing ICT processes, formalizing ICT internal regulations (policy, guideline, technical measure) and coordinating ICT management committees, through: Monitoring of regulatory requirements to ensure business continuity and allow to operate the service in accordance with the relevant regulations Coordination of assessment and continuous improvement of the processes that concur to regulatory adoption Synergies between regulations requirements avoiding overlaps, bureaucracy and wastes Support for projects to develop the Group operating model according to new regulations Facilitating management committees avoiding overlaps, cascading the right contents, balancing the Group and Local contributions and benchmarking the practices Teamwork mainly with Operations units at Group and Local level, besides Operations units at Group and Local level Coordinate the adoption for the applicable regulation to the ICT area, in terms of cascading and implementation, analyzing and describing the involved processes Ensure the periodic information collection (eg Annual Integrated Report, GDPR Record of Processing Activities) and/or assessment (eg Data Governance, Data Quality), according to the applicable regulation to the ICT areas Support Internal Audit for process contents and coordinate the corrective actions implementation in the ICT areas Manage the infra-group outsourcing contracts, according to the Outsourcing Policy, on behalf of Outsourcing Business Referent (OBR) Deal with regulatory and process improvement projects as project manager or project member, interacting with internal stakeholders and consultants Facilitate the management committees organizing contents, speakers and timing and reporting results and next actions, interacting with Operations units Act as single point of contact with Compliance, Finance, Internal Audit and Risk Management functions for regulatory topics Requirements Degree in fields such as Economics and Engineering At least 3-year experience as Regulation & Process Analyst and Project Manager for multinational companies or primary consulting firms, focusing on ICT area, with direct involvement in regulation management, process improvement, project management and organizational initiatives Experience in understanding and writing, adopting B1 language, regulation, process and managerial committees documentation Fluent English (at least CEFR B2, written and spoken) Very good at managing professional relationships with other department of the company in complex environment Capable of providing periodical reporting on the activities assigned and respect the deadline shared by the manager Attitude to work in international team environment Skills: ICT background Attitude in understanding the regulatory risks, analyzing and formalizing the processes, managing the projects and organizational committees Highly structured and goal oriented, with strong analytical attitude, learning agility and problem-solving Ability to work independently, with effective leadership and stakeholder management skills Excellent in Microsoft Office suite usage (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) PM and Auditor certification, COBIT and ITIL certification, knowledge of insurance industry represent a plus Company Profile The Group COO Governance and Communities Unit has the responsibility to support the Group Chief Operating Officer in managing the business agenda; coordinate the management of regulatory impact within the Group Chief Operating Officer area, also liaising with the relevant Group Functions where needed; strengthen the Operations global community discussing priority areas and best practices; coordinate specific Group projects ensuring cross-functional/geographical alignment throughout the execution. Within the perimeter of the Group Chief Operating Officer function, the Group COO also steers the activities carried out by Generali Operations Service Platform (GOSP) the ICT service company for Generali Group. The job position is located in Generali Operations Service Platform (GOSP) which is a joint-venture between Generali and Accenture and provides IT and Procurement services to Generali Group companies.
