Job Description Your opportunity Stiamo attualmente ricercando una figura di ICT Infrastructure Engineer che verrà inserita nel team dedicato al supporto ICT sistemistico. Aiuterà il Team ICT Infrastructure a fornire supporto interno ai colleghi IT per il corretto funzionamento dell’infrastruttura dedicata alle applicazioni di business, aiuterà inoltre il supporto di helpdesk onsite fornendo assistenza nelle configurazione dei dispositivi di rete e collaboration. Si occupera inoltre del supporto L3 sui sistemi informatici. How you will contribute Collaborare nella transition di sistemi IT complessi Collaborare con il team nella gestione dei ticket di L2 e L3 Aggiornare e gestire le segnalazioni dei tool di monitoraggio dell’infrastruttura Collaborare con il team di lavoro ICT per definire le procedure di maintenance programmate Mantenere aggiornata la mappa di rete e dei sistemi In particolare sono richieste le seguenti conoscenze tecnologiche: Azure Cloud Vmware Linux Server Windows Server Active Directory Windows Database MS-SQL & MySQL LAN e WAN Cisco Who you are 4 anni di esperienza nella gestione di infrastrutture tecnologiche in contesti complessi Laurea in Ingegneria informatica o similare o esperienza lavorativa nel settore (preferibile) Disponibilità a trasferte all’estero, frequenti e di lungo periodo Fluent English Buone capacità di comunicazione Spirito di collaborazione e Team work Why work with us This is an excellent opportunity to join the Kering adventure in a moment of extraordinary growth and become part of a thriving team in a global Luxury group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
