IT Business Analyst – Supply Chain

As we continue to expand our operations and optimize our supply chain processes, we are seeking an IT Business Analyst with a focus on Supply Chain and expertise in ERP systems to join our dynamic team. As an IT Business Analyst – Supply Chain , you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our business requirements and technology solutions. Your primary focus will be on analyzing, designing, and supporting the implementation of IT solutions related to our supply chain processes, with a strong emphasis on ERP systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain managers, IT professionals, system integrators, and key stakeholders to drive process improvements and system enhancements. Key Responsibilities: Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, production planning, and logistics. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and system improvements. Support designing functional specifications for ERP system enhancements and configurations in alignment with business needs. Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with IT teams and external system integrators to translate business requirements into technical specifications for ERP system customization, integration, and development. Provide subject matter expertise on ERP system and recommend best practices for supply chain processes. Perform system testing, validation, and support user acceptance testing to ensure successful implementation of ERP system changes. Deliver training materials and provide end-user support to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of ERP system. Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to supply chain and ERP systems. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (2-3 years) as a Business Analyst with a focus on supply chain processes, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry. Knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, and their functionalities in the supply chain domain. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within defined timelines. Proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong customer service orientation.
