YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ Understand the business requirements; perform analysis and translation of business requirements to technical specifications; provide solutions design, build and deploy IT solutions and services; provide maintenance and support. Collect business requirements for changes in processes and technical areas Analyse and define information and technical needs. Formalize scope and deliverables for technical process and changes. Execute the deployment and localization of the global IT system solutions. Execute Digital Pillar activities (Align with Operations zero loss journey and boot performance by digital capabilities) Provide maintenance and support for local and global IT system solutions. Perform troubleshooting and solving issues as they occur in day-to-day business Adhere to relevant policies, procedures and standards in order to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services. Ensure compliance with GxP (Good Practice, “x” strands for various fields) requirements WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent Good command of written and spoken English 1-3 years of experience in Information Technology service management in manufacturing environment Experience in multinational companies with preference to pharma industry and/or medical devices manufacturing especially with production planning and MES/LES Systems Experience in GMP, GAMP5 and CSV area would be beneficial Experience in ITIL and Agile frameworks are a plus Ultimately, personality means more to us than skills.
