The Global Omnichannel Special Projects Coordinator will play a key role in transforming processes, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring effective communication with internal and external partners. Key Accountabilities Engage relevant regional stakeholders and set up tools in the preparatory phase of the Special Events (such as High Jewellery’s). Analyse Event current processes and propose improvements related to retail aspects (e.g., stock management, payment and transaction management, shipping, staff planning). Coordinate and collaborate with key corporate stakeholders and regional counterparts. Act as a project manager to review end-to-end High End and personalization processes and optimize them. Coordinate collection of regional requests and collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure proper management according to business priorities. Coordinate critical stakeholders to develop new processes that align with company goals, prioritizing client and store satisfaction. Ensure efficient communication and collaboration with internal departments (Retail, Digital, Supply Chain, Client Engagement, Gucci Tech) and external partners. Track incoming activities related to Omnichannel programs. Support Omnichannel Business Leaders in defining project scope, expectations, stakeholders, work breakdown structure, and project plan. Support continuous improvements on existing omnichannel services (as book an appointment, iPad Sales, Collect in store) optimizing the client and end users experience. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements, documentation, and presentations according to the timeline. Support in managing changes to the roadmap, particularly related to IT needs and requirements. Organize regular meetings with key stakeholders to discuss project milestones. Ensure projects meet targets, budgets, and timelines using appropriate tools, reporting, and evaluations. Support in structuring and implementing a benchmarking process to assess relevant technology solutions and processes. Stay updated with emerging processes and technologies in the retail environment for potential transformation enhancements. Job requirements Experience in Store as a plus Min 3 years’ experience in managing the implementation of large-scale global projects (experience in a luxury retail project is a plus); Knowledge of retail business processes Understanding of the digital and ecommerce businesses Sensitivity to IT topics and proactivity to understand IT processes and aspects, to properly evaluate project constraints Ability to work in a multifunctional environment with multiple stakeholders Analytical skills Pragmatic, proactive, able to show initiative and critical thinking; driven by results Strong interpersonal and communicative skills Fluent in English Proficient knowledge of Office (PPT, Excel, Word) Gucci is committed to building a diverse workforce.
