The main responsibilities are: Managing the delivery of Website and App for the internet and intranet in IT Area. Ensuring that the applications and services are delivered on time, within budget, following the required quality standards. Work closely with other departments such as IT, Marketing, HR, and Communications at WW-level to ensure that the applications and services meet the needs of the business. Managing a team of developers and other It vendors who are responsible for developing and maintaining the applications and services. Creating standards and frameworks for the area of competence and push their adoption in the company Creating mockups and to support process digitalization Acting as the go to person for all major service incidents; ensure service restoration and impact communication are the priority, managing the governance. Operative leaderships with responsibility for coordination the area Who are we looking for? Required Knowledge More than 5 years (Senior) of experience working with on Service Management processes that meet the business needs and are aligned to ITIL best practice “Hands-on” approach, working in a dynamic and fast paced environment Solid knowledge on SharePoint online, Power Platform, Drupal, Microsoft Office 365 Up To 3-4 year experience working with configuration/development of SharePoint online/Microsoft Project Server and content management using Drupal; Up to 2 year experience on design and development of PowerApps and Power Automate Additional Skills Project Management Skills Research and self study attitude A Master’s degree in IT or related disciplines Excellent communication skills at all level of the organization A good ability to speak in public, to negotiate and solve problems Able to manage people and motivate teams Excellent attitude to work in large teams Available to travel internationally Able to meet strict deadline and work under pressure Prysmian Group, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
