This role is specifically focused on developing Fixed Connectivity Products for Vodafone Business Italy, with accountability on all business segments: SoHo, SME and Corporates. You will be responsible for the strategy, development and maintenance of your Products, and more in details you will: – define and own the Product strategy in line with the wider Portfolio’s and overall Vodafone Business’ vision – build the related business cases and get them through approval governance – define Product requirements and oversee the Product development phase – design the e2e service model (sell/build/run) – be accountable for the product profitability and related performances – ensure a continuous improvement process to enhance Products in line with the evolving market context In your day-to-day activities you will work in partnership with the wider Vodafone Business organization (e.g. Go-to-market, Sales, Presales), several Technology functions, Finance, Vodafone Group and with technological and service partners. Your success will be measured against the delivery of new Products or new Product’s features, and against their revenues, profit and customer satisfaction for both Soho, SME and Corporate market segments. Key accountabilities and decision ownership • Define market requirements, features and business cases for the products proposed • Fully accountable for delivery of products revenue and product-related customer satisfaction • Accountable for product lifecycle management. This includes product performance management, maintaining high calibre product collateral and training materials, product innovation and rationalisation. • Accountable for product-related costs (capex, opex, direct, acquisition) and their impact on competitiveness. • Managing key stakeholders within Vodafone (e.g. Marketing and Sales, Finance, Technology), with Vodafone Group (e.g. Connectivity Line of Business, Group Technology) and with external partners and suppliers Core competencies, knowledge and experience • 3 years relevant professional experience, with a focus on fixed connectivity products and services • Broad knowledge of Business requirements/challenges within domestic and international markets, infrastructure technologies, commercials, and operations • Fluent English • Ability to produce and to sign off product plans and business cases & manage complex stakeholder audience • Strong communications skills, comfortable interfacing with different audiences of varied levels of seniority • Holding ITIL, PMP or Networking certifications is a plus Must have technical/professional qualifications • Graduated (Engineering, Computer Science, or similar) J-18808-Ljbffr
