The resource within the Customer Service team will be responsible for the following activities: Entering, managing and receiving customer orders through Corporate Management System Ensure customer support for all information and/or questions about the order process (order entry and confirmation, stock checks and delivery management with different contractual conditions) Ensure the achievement of Customer Satisfaction by coordinating with other company functions Ensure accurate document management of customer records, new articles and price lists Supports and monitors the order book through regular Reports Skills : Accuracy, planning and organization Good relationship and communication skills Excellent knowledge of the English, French and Spanish language Team Working, Proactivity, Problem Solving Good knowledge MS Office Education: Degree in Economics / Languages or related areas About us: Bormioli Pharma operates in a very close partnership with the pharmaceutical industry and all the companies that are shaping the future of healthcare.
