INTERDISCIPLINARY GENERAL ENGINEER/ARCHITECT You will serve as a GENERAL ENGINEER/ARCHITECT in the Naval Facilities Enginneering Command of NAVAL FAC ENGR CMD EUROPE SW ASIA. Locality pay is not authorized overseas. Yes—You may qualify for reimbursement of relocation expenses in accordance with agency policy. Relocation expenses (i.e. PCS) for candidates outside of the commuting area are authorized in accordance with applicable travel regulations and Department of Navy policy. You will advise staff on correct implementation of facilities project management processes to achieve optimal results. You will develop Project Management Plans, Risk Management Plans, Communication Plans, Change Management Plans and other critical elements in support of cradle to grave project management. You will lead multidisciplinary teams. You will manage a variety of funding sources and process funding documents in support of labor, non-labor and contract actions. Qualifications This position has a selective placement factor for the GS-13 position that will be used to screen out ineligible candidates.
