ROLE & TEAM We are currently looking for a Revenue Associate (f/m/x), who will applythe revenue policy, maintain up-to-date property prices in internal tools and partners’ platforms, follow the market variations, maximize occupancy levels, andoptimize companyrevenues. This is a technical role for someone who gets a kick out of crunching numbers, has an eye for market fluctuations, and is capable of identifying the trend. You willneed to be proficient at developing dynamic pricing strategies, in combining parameters prices and terms, using historical and market data. Here below are some examples of your core activities: Follow closely the proper revenue prices for the properties we manage (min, base and max), cancellation policy, rates and minimum stay Work alongside with the Revenue manager to compile the market business plan and set the revenue in line with the company guidelines Work with rate comparison tools and revenue management system to identify and react on pricing opportunities within the competitive sets Follow on daily basis the prices of comparable properties, managed by competitors Facilitate revenue meetings with measurable outputs Undertake also other tasks, assigned by the line manager or general manager What you’ll need to be successful in this role You have excellent analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail You have a minimum 3years of successful revenue management experience in the hospitality sector or other relevant experience You are fluent English (B2, written & spoken) You understand the market trends and revenue-generating opportunities You are familiar with the travel industry distribution landscape You are familiar with short-term letting platforms (AirBnB, Booking.com, Expedia, Home Away, etc) You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related area.
