Komen, and many others to build and execute customer centric business strategies. Job Description As a Solution Advisor, you will own the product or set of products within Merkle Italy. You will guide the management toward investments or hiring based on client requests or future needs. You will act as a point of contact with the partners and Merkle Italy for opportunities and initiatives with the Alliances department. You will act as a subject matter expert in boosting our thought leadership presence towards trendy topics and new product releases. Qualifications Generate upselling activities thanks to deep strategical analysis and understanding of our client’s implementation and ecosystem. Generate revenue and business with commercial pipeline and pre-sales activities. Be the point of contact between the sales team and the delivery centre for leading pre-sales activities. Stimulate lead acquisition and brand awareness through publications, online and offline initiatives, and partner events. Lead the technical innovation for Merkle Italy and create value and knowledge for the Company. Required Skills And Education Omni-comprehensive knowledge of the specific product or set of products is mandatory, thanks to at least eight years of experience in team management, pre-sales activities, project delivery, and side thought leadership activities. Deep knowledge in at least one of the following technical verticals: CRM & Marketing Automation Cloud and Mobile E-Commerce Data Solutions Application Support Public speaking and writing skills are a must. Highly analytical skills to proactively produce business outcomes from strategic deep-dive sessions with our account management team. Technology expertise plus business acumen ensures upselling opportunities. Budget forecasting and monitoring skills are mandatory.
