CESAB Material Handling Europe (CMHE), a sales business unit of, Toyota Material Handling Manufacturing Italy, located in Bologna, is looking for a Territory Manager. The new member of the Toyota Material Handling Group, the European leader in material handling solutions, will work in a strong international and stimulating context. YOUR PROFILE As a Territory Manager, you will contribute to develop and devise effective sales and marketing strategies related to the assigned territories to improve and optimize sales performance according to Mid Term Business Plan. • You have excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills • Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPI’s • You have relevant field sales experience • Knowledge of our market would be a real asset • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is a must • You are available for frequent business trips YOUR CHALLENGE In the role of Territory Manager, the new resource will be responsible for: 1. Devise effective sales and marketing strategies within the assigned territories 2. Analyze market data to find the most efficient sales methods 3. Meet with dealers and distributors to address concerns and provide solutions 4. Discover sales opportunities through consumer research 5. Present products and services to prospective customers 6. Participate in industry or promotional events to cultivate dealer and customer relationships 7. Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes 8.
