Job Description Data Governance and Quality unit oversees the coordination and monitoring of the Group Data Governance and Data Quality Policies GIH implementation. Is responsible of the Data Quality Model System supporting Data Owners in the framework implementation. Oversees the Asset & Wealth Management business unit implementation. The unit is also responsible of the Local Financial Risk Officer Support and provides related services to some BU entities. Key responsibility of the role will include collaboration with any of the team members on the following topics: Support the implementation and management of the Integrated Data Quality Model Support to the Data Owners in the process analysis according to the native DQ approach Implement the process mapping in the DQ process mapping tool Support to the Data Owners in the DQ control system implementation (analysis, requirements definitions, execution of Pre User Acceptance Test) Support to the Data Owners in the annual DQ risk assessment and output production in line with the Group Integrated Data Quality Policy (e.g. Discovery Tool exercise, Issue Register, DQ Certification, ) Perform project management activities related to DG&DQ Define requirements and follow up implementation of the Data Quality Model tools Functional running of the DQ model platform Production of DQ status reporting Requirements University Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or similar Process mapping and Data Governance & Quality basic knowledge Good knowledge of MS Office (mainly of Excel) and Basic knowledge of DB query language Fluent in both Italian and English Basic knowledge of SAS (SAS DMA module knowledge as a plus) At least 2 years experience in operations roles involved in the execution and monitoring of DQ controls or project management. Knowledge of a BPM software as a plus Experience in an internal, external audit or Financial Risk Reporting Support role as a plus. Soft Skills: Team working attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
