We are looking for a Compliance & Integrity Specialist to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting hierarchically to the Head of Compliance & Risk Management . You will have a consulting role within Compliance for processes and action to be carried out to prevent criticalities and risks as well as for the implementation of compliance and integrity communication and training according to Group and Local requirements. In this regard, we mean EU law and Italian Law (e.g. Decree 231/01, Decree 24/23, etc). The candidate is in charge of compliance consultation, communication & training, in particular for: ongoing monitoring, assessment and effective as well as efficient improvement of Compliance and Ethic programs carry out and perform all the preliminary checks regarding the potential new Business Partners/Renewal according to internal Policies and process (es. dealers, sales consultant, partner within sponsorship and donation field etc) and define measures about potential concerns concerning third parties in general providing answers to questions or requests posed by different Departments regarding new potential business, compliance contractual clauses or clarification on internal procedures and processes with compliance implication being the reference person for the whistleblower system in coordination with Audi AG and interface with HR for certain topics (e.g. feedback on conflict of interest) organizing meetings with the Independent Body in coordination with the various corporate functions and external Bodies and prepare the BoD presentation reviewing the policies and procedures concerning the sensitive activities identified by Model 231 and those of the Group with the compliance background and suggest changes in order to ensure controls pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 carrying out and prepare the materials for the delivery of compliance training and manage the update of the e-learning platform as well as develop new content preparing and launch the compliance & integrity communication (e.g. tone from the top and tone from middle) in collaboration with internal department (e.g. HR) promoting also the update of the intranet/internet pages being the reference person for Business Human Rights being autonomous in using and making reporting through IT Group System.
