The Role Your Role and Responsibilities : Network and Edge is one of our 6 practices in Kyndryl and as part of the ongoing transformation we are looking for a leader with a strong change leader mindset and prior experience of building and developing managed and consult organization. He/she will work closely with our global and local executive team cross, consult, go to market, offerings, engineering, and delivery to build out our capabilities in this space. A s this is a growing area for Kyndryl the success of this role requires is strong Customer intimacy and the ability to drive cross Kyndryl and Alliance s partnership with technology leader and hyperscaler to develop joint value proposition, business plan and marketing activities to seize opportunities in the market. This will require and entrepreneurial mindset, customer and consult experience as well as thought leadership in this space. Network & Edge Practice Leader will be accountable for setting the market strategy for the practice, ensure skills and capacity is build out and developed. He/she will be responsible for financial performance of offering portfolio, developing market-leading capabilities, and leveraging communications and marketing activities to drive business and improve brand reputation. He/she will have end-to-end accountability for managing a profitable practice; from development, pre-sales and post-sales of portfolio including ownership of the skill pools within their domains. He/she develops sales enablement material and deliver seminars and workshop to customers on Network and Edge solutions based the main technology in the market (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Cloudflare, Nokia). . Network & Edge Practice Leader works together with cloud team enabling movement to Cloud and Edge computing eliminating networking barriers. He/she defines and develops cross solutions with security team to support customers in the evolution of their SD WAN Networks and the integration of IT and OT environment with a Zero Trust approach. He/she owns the Talent and Workforce Strategy for the practice including the economic model (competitiveness & margin) and end-to-end resource supply chain and labor mix. Ownership of the delivery methodology, including automation, tools, standards, and asset reuse. Who You Are Required Professional and Technical Expertise : – Possesses external eminence in Network & Edge circles, Network Automation and Network Modernization (e.g., industry board, certifications, networking group leader) – Have consult competencies to support sales organization selling Network and Edge solutions, in particular Private Wireless 5G, SD-WAN, SD-LAN and Cloud networking for both project and managed services. – Possesses architectural knowledge and network consultancy for customers evolving to the Next Gen Transformation Networks. – Knowledg e the cross industries approach related to the Telco Operators. – Knowledge on the principle of the Automation in the NOC environment – Customer value creation through innovation. – Ability to build the business strategy for our consult business based on an understanding of Kyndryl and Practice strategy. – Have and build relationships with senior IT and business leaders and leverage relationships in Kyndryl. – Relentless Drive – possesses a relentless desire to win. – Endurance and Perseverance – demonstrates stamina and persistence in the face of internal and external challenges. – Decisiveness and Courage – confident, embraces challenges and comfortable navigating ambiguity. – Learning Orientation – creative with a continuous learning mindset; curious and passionate about Kyndryl’s technology and the customers business. – Fluent Italian and English Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
