Requisition Number FlorenceS202309005 Production Associate 1 – Florence, KY Apply Now Description/Job Summary Production Associate 1 Shift: 8pm-8am Pay $ 21.36 per hour SUMMARY This position works in the plastic recycling portion of our facility. The core responsibility of this position is putting post-consumer materials into a recycling line in order to create raw materials for other manufacturing processes. Through active recycling line monitoring, this position ensures production volume and quality goals are met while still being 100% safe. Operate a forklift to add more material to the line or remove finished goods to warehouse. Perform quality checks. Complete 5S and housekeeping tasks. Complete daily/weekly checklists. Other roles/duties may be assigned as necessary to assist the Company in the attainment of its goals and objectives. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience / Abilities: Operate a forklift safely. Utilize hand tools. Interpret gauges and/or measuring devices.
