Join us What you will do : As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for all activities related to: Activity and resource planning Organizing and motivating a project team Controlling time management Cost estimating and developing the budget Ensuring customer satisfaction Analyzing and managing project risk Monitoring progress Managing reports and necessary documentation Who you are : Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree preferably in Management/Electronic/Computer Science Engineering, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics At least 5 years of experience in the role PMI or AGILE certification in considered a plus Excellent knowledge of project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Power Point, Project) Excellent knowledge of the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence etc.) Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers is key Constant learning & self-development attitude Attention to detail; you’re willing to dig deep into the details to get things right Effective communication skills; you’re able to collaborate cross-functionally to align on priorities and drive meaningful change, including relationships with customers Experience within reporting, analytics or Business Intelligence area and agile methodologies give you an advantage Experience within Smart Metering and Smart Grids technologies of ENEL will be considered a plus What we search in you : Be proactive, self-driven and open-minded; you love helping people connect to technology Ethical attitude and responsibility Planning and organizing Customer oriented Collaborative approach and open-minded attitude with self-adaptation, resilience and fast reaction to complex scenarios Result oriented & decision maker Excellent teamwork skills Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including multi-culture abilities Available to travel for short business missions What we offer : Personal growth and programs of empowerment Extensive flexible and remote work options in accordance with organizational needs Corporate welfare including supplemental health care, wellness programs, family and parental caring, benefits, conventions and more Permanent contract in Milan Who we are : Gridspertise offers grid intelligent devices, end-to-end cloud-edge platform solutions, and services to accelerate the digital transformation of electricity distribution grids across three main areas: metering and grid edge digitalization, network infrastructure digitalization, field operation digitalization.
