Production Management Expert

As the Production Management expert of Allianz Technology S.p.A. you will support the Production Manager with ensuring the service delivery to the business and managing the customer interface, aiming for high customer satisfaction. The Production Management Expert with a comprehensive knowledge of the clients’ IT landscape and organization, as well as solid understanding of projects, products and services, resolves incidents, manages operations and provides feedback to improve the quality of the services offered. As part of a truly global team, you will have to work with different Allianz teams, learn how to use best practice and support with your strength and knowledge. You will be given the opportunity to work on different projects and processes in an international environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible to check OE applications weather they are suited to run on Allianz platform • Monitor together with the teams on a daily basis all applications and infrastructure of an OE/region • Resolve incidents via their dedicated capabilities and the respective shared capabilities • Work with multiple global and local teams to resolve incidents, improve operations and provide feedback and suggestions to application architects for the continuous improvement of applications availability, resiliency and performance. In charge of the performance of the applications, works together with the customers on improvement plans • First and single point of contact for the customer in terms of infra or application issues (e.g.incidents/outages, management escalations) • Leading the “crisis room” with the technical teams in case of an emergency • Works together with local CTO and application architects hand-in-hand on cost improvement measures • Works with the different functions like Account Management and Controlling to oversee also the financial relationship with the customers • The production management expert should support in the decommissioning processes KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE • Masters’ Degree in Computer Science or a related field • Very strong IT background with several years of experience with operational responsibility in the application and/or infrastructure environment • International working experience with strong track record in transformational projects • Skilled at analyzing data and reporting • Able to cope with difficulties and work under pressure in case of incidents coordinating and managing the interaction between different teams, acting as a mediator to work out the solution • Skilled at interacting with several levels, including C-levels • Office Suite Expert • Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken 34393 | IT & Tech Engineering | Professional | Allianz Technology | Full-Time | Permanent Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
