Our client is looking for an HR Business Partner with a proven work experience as an HRBP or similar role for a minimum of 3 to 5 years, ideally in multinational companies, preferably in Logistics industry. Reporting directly to the HR Director, the candidate main scope of activities will be to support business growth and company’s performance throughout organizational development, management of employee’s life cycle, human capital evolution and engagement, right-skilling and diversity & inclusion within the site. The selected candidate will oversee all HR management activities for a new Contract Logistics site located in Mantua. The new site, with a size of more than 130.000 sq/mt will manage multi-country logistics operation for an important multinational customer and is expected to be an industry excellence example in terms of automation and innovation. The candidate should be able to handle an important ramp up of this site managing all the activities related to the increase of the headcounts. He/she will act as point of reference of the new site population engage them also from a mindset perspective and cultural change. Main responsibilities: Managing at local level employees’ relations matters and relationships and negotiations with Unions; Managing at local level negotiation and definition of supplementary agreements according to applied CLA; Creating partnership with the Site Manager to ensure the alignment between organization and business strategy within the assigned area; Contributing to assess HR implications of business strategy, identify opportunities and solutions to meet business needs; Managing strategic workforce planning and monitor relevant KPIs – e.g. absenteeism, turnover – in alignment with business needs and hiring strategy; Ensuring HR strategies, programs and projects are deployed effectively into the site; Overseeing Performance Management, Talent Management and Compensation and ensure they are consistent and focused to achieve Company’ goals; Contributing to cultural evolution through people managers and employees coaching and education. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Human Resources or Humanities field (a Master’s Degree or a Master on HR field will be considered a plus) with a proven work experience as an HRBP or similar role for a minimum of 3 to 5 years, ideally in multinational companies, preferably in Logistics industry. Strong understanding of the Business Unit you have responsibility for, experience supporting the management of disciplinary cases and exits, high level of resilience working in a fast paced and ambiguous environment will complete the candidate profile.
