IT Business Operations Senior Specialist Our client is looking for a highly motivated IT Business Application Senior Specialist to join their Group Business Processes & IT Department in sharing with us the journey of a deep transformation that positions both core and customer-facing technologies as key drivers to make it happen. Profile: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent professional experience Some basic knowledge of the main languages used in DB management, including especially SQL would be an advantage Experience with ERP process and technologies: BC or NAV preferred Knowledge about the following company processes: administration, finance, controlling, credit, treasury and supply chain Min. 5 years of experience in a similar role with transversal knowledge of at least 1-2 focus areas, preferably Logistics & Finance Very good English skills, and fluency in Italian or German Ability to understand business needs and problems by collecting all relevant information needed, translating them into clear requirements and manageable components and identifying and proposing options and solutions satisfying the business stakeholders Cross functional thinking approach Results oriented and proactive approach Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills Problem solving skills and solution oriented Join us in a moment of unique growth and become part of an inspired team in an international house of brands, focused on the mountain and performance sports industry.
