Descrizione del lavoro In an era where digital is no more a walled garden, but it must seamlessly permeate the omnichannel media and communication strategies, the purpose of this role is to ensure the proper connection between the business leadership on the clients and the media management. The focus is on building brilliant and effective digitally enabled strategies to achieve clients’ goals, leveraging on publishers and agency-owned products&solutions and fitting with commercial priorities. The role contributes to the company’s growth elevating the quality of strategy and solutions, with a particular focus on digital, thus enabling growth both organic on existing clients and through pitch and new business. Qualifiche Key responsibilities: Coordinating, building and overseeing digital strategies on existing clients, leading the digital teams dedicated to clients and interacting with all the stakeholders and contributors needed to deliver effective and comprehensive strategies. Building brilliant and effective strategies for pitch and/or new business, with the same approach as above. Developing solid and continuative relationships with publishers and solutions providers. This implies for example scheduling recurring meetings with the main publishers/solutions providers and keeping always updated with partner solutions portfolio and market innovation. Enable digital competencies upskilling, assessing internal digital competencies with a special focus on digital teams and planning trainings collaborating with the proper internal stakeholders. Key skills: 10 years of overall experience, in particular 2-3 years of previous experience in digital planning and as digital account/consultant/manager.
