As a Commissioning Engineer, you’ll play a key role in in-house testing and on-site commissioning of our Battery storage (BESS) and Microgrid systems. This work will provide you with a diverse technical skill set, customer interaction experience, and the opportunity to work globally. You’ll be an essential part of our European team, with your manager based in Italy. While residing in Sweden is preferred due to many of our customers being there, exceptional candidates from other locations are also encouraged to apply. Your Responsibilities: Execute site activities for Battery Storage (BESS) and Microgrid projects, including installation, pre-commissioning, power-on, and commissioning. Strictly adhere to HSE rules as per Country and Company norms. Proactively drive improvements in the commissioning process. Collaborate with engineering team and report lessons learned from site to improve future projects Embrace our values of safety and integrity. Collaborate effectively within a team and contribute as a team player. Your background Proven experience in commissioning power systems (e.g., BESS projects, Solar plants). Fluent in English (written and spoken); Swedish proficiency is advantageous. Strong experience with commissioning electrical LV-MV panels, Inverters, batteries, and switchgears. Proficiency in PLC automation commissioning is a significant plus. Skilled in troubleshooting. Sound knowledge of MS Office tools. Willingness to travel worldwide is a must.
