Your opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Communication Manager, as part of our dynamic Marketing team in Milan, to lead our communication and media strategy, responsible for implementing effective plans outside US to recruit a new audience worldwide This is an amazing opportunity to grow a project from scratch and play a pivotal role in changing the way that our brand expresses itself in media and beyond. We are looking for someone creative but also analytical, with vision and entrepreneurial spirit and enjoys supporting new projects.

How you will contribute:

  • Develop, create and implement, along with the marketing team, brand communication activities
  • Be responsible for aligning each campaign objective(s), strategy, tactics as well as measurement with the respective marketing goals and KPIs
  • Define and manage in a proactive and autonomous manner the following:
    • Communication budget allocation
    • The most effective Communication activities for each market, and more representative of the brand’s DNA
    • The WW brand media strategy
    • The setting of seasonal Adv Campaign and its realization process
    • The Communication guidelines for all the markets
  • Manage the relations with the media center for the development of media plans, buying and campaign analysis
  • Manage relations with creative agencies for development of ADV assets during the entire process – briefing, production, postproduction
  • Adapt the global communication campaigns to the specific needs of the markets
  • Support the creation and organization of brand’s events outside US, if needed, by acting as project manager for all the teams involved and as a interlocutor between creative agencies and the rest of the team
  • Collaborate with the PR team and agencies to define the Influencer Marketing strategy, and an activation calendar aligned and coordinated with the other levers of the marketing plan
  • Monthly monitor cross-brand ATL spending
  • Proactively structure guidelines and flows for everything related to Communication and brand awareness, aligning processes with Kering Eyewear ones
  • Monitor and analyze the communication strategies of the industry and the fashion/lifestyle/sport sector, with the aim to develop Kering Eyewear activities.

Who you are:

  • 5/7 years of communication experience preferably in fashion/eyewear/sport
  • Strong media planning knowledge, with proved experience in American, European and Asian markets (print, OOH, digital, social)
  • Clear understanding and experience of PR logics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Previous experience in the sports or eyewear industry is a plus
  • Strong design eye, able to spot trends, naturally creative, curious and culturally plugged in with a strong understanding of how our brand can become more relevant for our customer
