Your main tasks : You will be responsible for the smooth running of housekeeping operations under the authority of the Hotel Manager. You will be part of the hotel”s management team and participate in key operational decisions. • You will be responsible for the smooth running of housekeeping operations, reporting to the Hotel Manager • Creating emotion through the customer experience • Managing, motivating and organising the work of your in-house team • Ensure the recruitment and development of your staff • Define, comply with and optimise your department”s procedures, in line with Group • Participate in drawing up and monitoring the annual budget • Ensure sound management of human resources and operating expenses • Supervises and organises the work of floor staff • Recruits his/her team subject to approval by management • Ensures the good appearance and hygiene of floor staff (cleanliness, uniform, etc.) • Acts as a channel of communication between the various departments (reception, floors, technical department and management) • Helps to maintain a good team spirit • Ensures that teams are properly trained in customer and property safety • Keeps the customer”s promise in terms of quality and cleanliness • Responds to different customer requests (sewing, ironing, dry cleaning, etc.) • Ensures that the customer”s peace of mind is respected • Maintains a sense of courtesy and self-control • Demonstrates discretion and confidentiality with regard to the customer and the life of the establishment • Master and disseminate cleaning procedures and the use of cleaning, hygiene and safety products • Ensures compliance with the quality charter and checks rooms, • Controls and manages passes • Managing the department”s suppliers (optimising costs, monitoring invoicing, relationship management) The list of these tasks is not exhaustive and may change during the performance of this contract depending on the Company”s needs, while respecting the Employee”s qualifications. Skills required : Ideally, you will have trained in the hotel industry and have solid experience in all aspects of the housekeeping department, particularly in terms of hygiene and safety. You”ll be familiar with cleaning techniques. You have a flair for lifestyle and relaxed luxury, both in Italy and abroad. Fluency in English and a sense of customer service are essential for this position. As part of your job, you will have to adopt a fair and exemplary managerial stance, in line with the values of the Leitmotiv group. You must be able to carry out your duties with attention to detail. You must be able to manage your priorities and solve problems using common sense. You will work consistently and attentively with your colleagues and be able to work independently.
