Descrizione As the HR Manager for Italy the candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and development of our Italian operations. Reporting directly to the Group HR Director and the General Managers of the two legal entities in Italy, the HR Mananger Italy will be responsible for overall management of HR activities in coherence with group’s guidelines. Key Responsibilities: 1.HR Leadership: Collaborate with General Manager and Group HR Director to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business goals. Define, implement and lead all HR processes in Italy in line with Group’s guidelines (talent acquisition, employee management and development, workforce planning, organization development, performance management) 2.Employee Relations and Labour negotiations: Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues. Manage employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures. Ensure dialogue with trade unions and be the guarantor for timely and appropriate fulfilments of HR administration and labor regulations requirements. 3.Budget management and HR Planning and Reporting: Be accountable for personnel costs, internal working team organizational efficiency, defining and monitoring process costs. Be accountable for all labor cost reporting internally and with external auditors 4.Performance Management: Implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement, development, and productivity. Work with managers to address performance issues and develop improvement plans. 5.Talent Acquisition, Training and Development: Oversee the recruitment process for Italy, ensuring the attraction and retention. Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the company culture Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs. Support career development initiatives and succession planning. 6.HR function policies and procedures and special projects: As HR Manager inside the overall Group HR function, you will be exposed to projects and definition of processes and policies with a wider scope supporting the building and development of HR function (integration, digitalization, definition of CoE, …). Profilo del Candidato Job Qualifications, Skills & Attitudes: Master’s Degree background and a consolidated industrial HR and labor relations experience of around 7-10 years. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that may involve confidential or sensitive matters. Have the ability to relate to and communicate effectively with employees at all level. A dynamic and proactive approach, change management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
