Customer Marketing Manager – Rif. H23804
Location: Rome
Our Client is one of the most prestigious player in the FMCGs landscape. The company has always been close to its consumers with innovative and quality products and brands. For the strengthening of the Customer Category Management department, we are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager.
The Role
The Customer Marketing Manager ensures clear focus on execution and implementation of Sales team in all our client’s market: he/she will develop, influence, analyse, deliver and monitor the performance of various aspects of Sales Team. He/she will work for and in conjunction with the Sales Team / Category Development and Operations to develop the capability in the markets and to effectively improve their in-market performance
Key responsibilities:
- Customer Sell-in / sell-out performance Analysis
- Point of Contact for Sales Team for execution and presentation of plans (Trade story)
- Sales Support for Assortment Execution: guidelines, tracking & monitoring
- Sales Support for Assortment Execution for Best promo plan / Pricing strategy execution
- Promo Budget Ownership and decision making on perimeter
- Sales Support for Category Mngt / Instore Guidelines Implementation (Category Vision, Plano, etc…)
- Customer Consumer Promo Definition and implementation both national and ad hoc
- Identification of action plan on perimeter to positively impact performance
- Develop optimal plans by channel in conjunction with Sales E-Commerce and Channel Managers and local markets
- Capture all aspects of in store delivery and ensure they are reflected accurately in all internal reporting & flywheel tracking
- Build relationships with the markets by owning monthly Customer Marketing Connect Calls and participating in Monthly Market meeting as well as frequent, informal connections
- Drive a strong working relationship with other head office departments; marketing, RGM + Insights to ensure aligned and shared objectives
Requirements
- Economics Degree
- At least 5 years of experience in multinational companies in FMCG sector
- A robust background ideally developed in an interfunctional growing path throughout Category Management/Sales/Customer Marketing/Product Marketing
- Strong Analytical skills
- Perfect knowledge of Office tools
- Proficiency in English
