For a Manufacturing Company based in Veneto we’re looking for an IT Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of technology strategies for the organization. Client Details The company is investing in a deep digital transformation of its business processes and is looking for an IT Manager to lead the technology evolution roadmap. Description The Candidate who will cover the role of IT Manager will have the following key responsibilities: Strategic Technology Planning: Develop and execute a strategic technology plan that aligns with the business goals, both wholesale and contract. This involves identifying opportunities for technology to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operations. IT Governance: Establish and maintain effective IT governance policies and procedures to ensure that technology investments align with business priorities and comply with regulatory requirements, in alignment with Group CIO. Technology Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and management of Company’s technology infrastructure. This includes networks, servers, hardware, and software systems. Data Management and Analytics: Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure the integrity, security, and availability of critical business data. Make data available to the sales force, to the leadership and to the Group BI. Cybersecurity and Risk Management: define and maintain a comprehensive risk management strategy to address potential IT-related risks in alignment with the Group CISO. Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Develop and maintain a comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plan to ensure the company can quickly recover from disruptions and continue operations in the event of a crisis. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure that third-party solutions meet the company’s requirements and standards. IT Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support current operations and future initiatives. Monitor expenses and seek cost-saving opportunities. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure that the company’s IT practices comply with relevant industry regulations and standards. Profile The candidate suitable for the role of IT Manager has the following qualifications and requirements: A strong understanding of IT fundamentals, including operating systems, networks, databases, and cybersecurity. Knowledge of the main processes for production companies and supply chain, kitchen production processes experience a strong plus. Problem Solving: The ability to analyze and solve technical problems efficiently. Project Management: Basic project management skills to assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing IT projects. Infrastructure Management: Familiarity with managing IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and cloud services. Security Awareness: Understanding of basic cybersecurity principles and practices to ensure the protection of organizational data and systems. Software Development Knowledge: Basic knowledge of software development processes and methodologies. Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. Basic Database Management: Familiarity with database systems and basic database management. Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is crucial for conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders. English mandatory. Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members, departments, external partners, and other companies of the Group.
