Click here to find more about us Job Description Your to-do list : Manage the day-to-day project activities of creative team members (360 campaigns, commercials, digital activations, etc.). Directs all phases of creative work from concept to production. Work with the Executive Creative Director to ensure the quality of all creative deliverables throughout the project. Lead creative presentations to the global client. Lead creative work for pitches and new business responses. Build and nurture strong client relationships. Promote a culture of creative excellence and innovation. Responsible for inspiring and motivating creative team, mentor and grow talents. Interested? Keep reading Leo Burnett is looking for a Creative Director with a Copywriter background for its Turin offices You’ll be a part and lead a multidisciplinary team, through development and execution of international projects for our exciting global brand FIAT. Qualifications If in your past experience you: Learned the ability to craft the creative work in terms of copywriting: concepts, scripts, dialogues, storytelling, claims. Managed all steps required in the creative development process, including production and presentation to the client. Got capacity to provide clear feedback to all disciplines and to translate feedback from the Executive Creative Director, clients, and the team into action. Grown strong leadership and people management skills. If you are/have: Passionate about trends and innovations. Fluent English 10 years’ experience in International communication agencies. Recognized expertise in traditional advertising, digital and collaterals. Excellent presentation skills that foster and develop existing and new client relationships.
