For one of our Partner, we’re looking for an IT Service Manager. He will support the customer in the review of current policies, processes and procedure, and in the creation of new documentation where necessary. Location: Hybrid (Onsite in Milan at 50/75%) Languages : English B2 Experience within IT Service Management areas (Configuration, Change, Incident, Problem, Release Mgmt) Significative knowledge of IT Organizations (deep understanding of the main functions within the IT organization) Deep knowledge of IT Asset Management and related tools Good standing and soft-skills Creation of reports and presentations for top managers , create/manipulate excel files Able to summarize reports at executive level Support on creation of processes definition (Scope, Roles, RACI, detailed procedures description) Support on creation of policies and procedures Nice to have : ITIL certification J-18808-Ljbffr
