Job Responsibilities: Manage autonomously the complete recruiting process choosing the best and most efficient methodology with a significant client service approach; Work closely with other HR teams (Industrial HR Business Partner, HR Operations, Total Rewards, Learning & Development) to guarantee fluency and consistency of the recruiting process from start to end; Guarantee HRIS platform and all additional internal databases are always updated and accurate; Partner with the main local Universities/Institutions to attend the Career Fairs and to develop Employer branding projects. Profile: 1-2 years’ experience within a dynamic and international company or recruiting agency with a demonstrated knowledge and ability in recruiting industrial profiles of the Fashion & Luxury industry; Proven expertise in using the different recruiting digital tools and recruiting techniques; Fluency in both spoken and written English; Good knowledge of a HRIS system, preferable Workday; Empathetic, relational and team working attitude; Results driven, strong organizational and proactive skills, ability to manage time respecting deadlines; Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel); A previous – even short – experience abroad will be considered as a plus.
