You’ll work with international Insurance Companies combining technical expertise, proven consulting skills and industry knowledge to help solve their most complex issues. A key enabler to reach this goal is expanding our teams in the Insurance practice, as the market is now dominated by business and technical transformation work at several European and Global clients, making our pipeline solid and strong. Your Key Responsibilities As part of the Technology-Enabled Transformation Insurance team, you will be involved in: Technology-enabled transformation projects, where Insurance Companies aim to strengthen their performance by enhancing their business and IT processes Managing workshops with senior stakeholders of Insurance Companies to discuss about target business processes and desired technology/ digital solutions Discussion with Insurance subject matter experts about functional requirements to implement the desired business processes on new Insurance Tech platforms and digital solutions Creation of functional documentation, such as functional analysis, business process workflows and technical design Tech delivery management and PMO activities according to different methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum and SAFe, Waterfall), backlog definition and prioritization activities, delivery planning Skills And Attributes For Success Intellectual strength / flexibility to rapidly understand complex problems and rationalise these into a workable solution which can then be delivered Ability to develop and deliver high quality output against stated project objectives and meet tight deadlines Team player who openly supports, encourages and shares knowledge with colleagues To qualify for the role you must have Strong understanding of Non Life Insurance market Good appreciation of current Insurance market trends and how these are likely to impact key industry players Track record of successful delivery on large scale technology delivery projects for insurance companies Availability to travel nationally and internationally during the working week and for extended periods Technical Skills And Experience Must have: French, Italian, English speaker, B2 level as a minimum Strong analytical and communication skills Functional analysis skills Nice to have: Guidewire/EIS Suite knowledge Agile certifications What Working At EY Offers We offer a competitive remuneration package where you’ll be rewarded for your individual and team performance.
