Role Type Permanent What you’ll be doing: We are looking for an exceptional Retail Manager who can blend strategic business acumen with a hands-on service-led coaching style to navigate the development and success of this project. You will lead by example, with a genuine excitement and love for our brand, and exceptional customer experiences. Your mission is to work closely with the Head of Retail (WE) to successfully develop the Avon Italy Retail model. You will partner with Head office functions as well as our population of self-employed representatives across multiple sites. You will be a strong, highly organised, analytical and results driven individual who is able to adapt your style to work side-by-side with different stakeholders. In addition, you will be able to influence and engage our Representatives and Avon stakeholders as you develop good working relationships. You will be putting in place strong retail plans, to grow your portfolio, as well as gain market share across Italy. You thrive on change and seize any opportunity to innovate, and you have a proven track record in growing and developing your business Key responsibilities: You will be part of the Avon Italy team and support the Head of Retail (WE) managing the Retail portfolio, from project managing set-up through to managing the ongoing operational requirements of the channel. Maximising sales and delivering Avon Brand excellence through consistent high standards of visual representation and customer experience are key priorities. You will maintain exceptional relationships with our retail/digital partners to build profitable sales growth, working across multiple categories. You will have hands on experience of managing supply chain and creating operational best practise to maximise efficiency and cost control. You will be an expert at store openings. Managing the end to end process including and not limited to Recruitment, Operational Best practice, Visual Merchandising, Education and most importantly Customer Experience.
