With already 160 employees globally, they are continuing their growth in 2023 hiring 100 people Job Description Founded in 2017, OVRSEA currently operates in 4 countries: France, the United States, Spain, and Italy. And we are looking for a talented individual to promote our disruptive solution to as many people as possible. So, what is OVRSEA? Before answering that question, let us clarify something: 95% of brands that import and/or export goods prefer to work with a professional coordinator. Therefore, we are one of these professional coordinators and we offer a unique service: -Responsible for coordinating the entire supply chain (shippers/clients, carriers, truckers, customs, etc.) -Engaged in environmental projects To put it simply and to anticipate your grandmother’s question: “But remind me who you work for?”, you can tell her: “I work at OVRSEA, it’s like a travel agency but for goods.” What it mean to be a BDR at OVRSEA? The Italian BDR team is the nerve center of OVRSEA Italy. Without this team, there are no new customers. Without new customers, there is no growth. Without growth, well Your missions Lead generation (you’ll soon say LeadGen) – 20% -Develop the best prospecting techniques (email, phone) to find relevant leads -Define and implement strategies to qualify leads efficiently -Identify key contacts and know everything about them before you talk to them Prospecting and objection handling (through the door or through the window) – 70% -Be resourceful and persistent in contacting identified targets -Be relevant in your approach to customers in order to get Sales Executives to meet with them -Measure conversion rates to identify areas for improvement and maximize your success -Document your approaches in our tools and our CRM so that the whole team can benefit from what you learn from your customers -Be a driving force behind innovative approaches to prospecting.
