Explore your tasks and responsibilities With a strong focus on sales and sales strategies, you willdevelop long-term and trusting cooperations with alreadyestablished and new customers in your target market – Pharmaand Life Sciences (BLS) You are constantly making new contacts to identifyopportunities and acquire projects for Exyte, while at the sametime being closely oriented towards technology and technicalprogress You will work together both within your businessdevelopment team and across all departments, e.g. proposalmanagement and operations To maintain and continue developing your professional andtechnical knowledge, you will attend training seminars andtrade fairs and proactively engage in professionalassociations You conduct technical and commercial contract negotiationsand engage with our proposal management & operations teams tocreate contract-winning proposals for current and prospectiveclients Identifying potential clients in the target market, performresearch on prospective client’s business needs, arrangebusiness meetings with prospective clients; conductcompany-/project presentations Show your expertise Ideally, you have completed your studies in the field ofbiotechnology, pharmaceutical or process engineering, medicaldevices or a related field of study such as foodtechnology Your minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in businessdevelopment, key account management or sales as well as insetting up sales structures in Pharma will enable you todevelop competitive solutions and drive the growth You have a basic understanding of planning and buildinghigh-tech factories or, alternatively, a deep understanding ofthe (bio-)pharmaceutical value chain from targetidentification, clinical development, production capacitybuilding and qualification & validation Thanks to your distinctive entrepreneurial vision and yourcommitment, you are in a position to actively drivedevelopments forward – see it, own it, drive it Your Italian language skills are business fluent,preferable mother tongue – and you have a good command of theEnglish language You have excellent innovation-, problem-solving andconflict resolution skills combined with a positiveattitude You are willing to spend up to 50% of your time travelingand in our office in Agrate Brianza.
